RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Woreshe, every piece is created with intention — from fabric selection to final stitch. We want you to feel just as cared for after your order arrives.

OUR RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return or exchange request. Once your request is approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval.

Requests made outside this window cannot be accepted.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In its original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear — including makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or alterations


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customised, made-to-measure, or altered pieces

  • Bridal orders (made-to-order)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

SIZE EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer size exchanges on regular (non-customised) orders, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must meet all eligibility conditions outlined above

  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 working days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider


If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADVANCE PAYMENTS

UK & domestic orders: Confirmed with a FULL 100% advance payment.

International orders: Require 100% advance payment before processing.

Once an order enters production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For customised and bridal orders, advance payments are non-refundable once stitching has begun.

RETURN SHIPPING

UK Customers: A flat return fee of £6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping.

International Customers: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Woreshe is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected at our facility.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1.  Email us at info@woreshe.com within your 14-day return window

2.  Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason

3.  Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address


Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect every piece before dispatch, but if something has gone wrong:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice, with no return shipping cost to you

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, or alterations will be returned to the customer at their cost

  • We reserve the right to refuse repeated or excessive returns from the same customer

  • All refund decisions are final once communicated in writing
