Welcome to Woreshe. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of woreshe.com (the "Site") and the products and services we provide. By visiting our Site, creating an account, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.

1. ABOUT US

Woreshe is an international clothing brand specialising in premium South Asian women's fashion — Semi Formals, Formals, and Bridals — with worldwide shipping. Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "us", "our", and "Woreshe" refer to the brand. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website visitor.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USE

By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You will keep your account credentials confidential and secure

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, please note:

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
Hand-crafted details such as embroidery, beadwork, and stitching may vary slightly from piece to piece — this is a feature of artisan craftsmanship, not a defect
Fabric textures, weights, and drape are described to the best of our ability, but minor variations may occur
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item per customer, refuse orders at our discretion, and discontinue any product without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on the Site are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include: major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Advance Payment Policy: Domestic UK orders require a minimum 50% advance payment to confirm production. International orders require 100% advance payment before processing.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a system error or typographical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after it has been confirmed.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists between us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in the following cases:

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
Inaccurate or incomplete billing or shipping information
Product unavailability or stock errors
Pricing or descriptive errors
Bulk, wholesale, or reseller orders without prior arrangement

If we cancel or modify an order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount already charged.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and courier partners are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the courier
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer
Woreshe is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined in that policy, including:

A 14-day window from delivery to request a return or exchange
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
Customised, made-to-measure, bridal, and sale items are non-returnable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Woreshe website — including but not limited to designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, brand name, product images, and software — is the exclusive property of Woreshe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from our Site without prior written consent
Use our images, designs, or brand name for commercial purposes
Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our content
Use our trademark, logo, or brand identity in any way that may cause confusion or imply endorsement

Any unauthorised use will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

9. USER CONDUCT

When using our Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content to our Site or social channels, you grant Woreshe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.

You confirm that:

Your submission is original and does not infringe any third-party rights
Your content does not contain false, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material
You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove or edit any user submission at our sole discretion, without notice.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our Site may include links to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of any third-party platforms.

We use trusted third-party providers including Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, and shipping carriers to operate our business. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woreshe and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, savings, or business opportunities
Loss or corruption of data
Delays caused by couriers, customs, or third-party providers
Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or our products

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by UK law.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that:

The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
All content, descriptions, or pricing will be free from inaccuracies
Products will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described

Statutory rights available to consumers under UK and EU law remain unaffected.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woreshe and its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Misuse of our Site, products, or services

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Woreshe shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, courier disruptions, cyberattacks, power outages, or supply chain failures.

16. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your use of our Site and submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

17. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behaviour.

You may stop using our Site at any time. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose before the termination date.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
