SHIPPING POLICY

At Woreshe, every order is treated like a personal delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch your order, delivery times, costs, and what to do if anything goes wrong along the way. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your piece with care. Please note:

  • Standard processing time is 2–4 working days before dispatch

  • Customised, made-to-measure, and bridal pieces may take 2–4 weeks depending on the design

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During peak seasons (Eid, Wedding Season, Sales), processing may take slightly longer — we will inform you in advance

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.


United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days

  • Express Delivery (selected items): 2–3 working days, where available


International Delivery

  • Europe, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia: 7–12 working days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 working days


As a growing brand, we appreciate your patience. Every order is hand-checked before dispatch to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and customs clearance for international orders.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery speed. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm payment.

  • UK Standard Shipping: from £4.99

  • UK Express Shipping: from £8.99

  • International Shipping: from £14.99 (varies by region)

  • Free UK shipping is offered on selected orders above a minimum threshold — details shown at checkout


Please note: Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees for international orders. These are calculated and charged separately by your local authorities.

4. COURIER PARTNERS

We work with trusted couriers to make sure your order reaches you safely:

  • UK Orders: Evri (standard) and DPD (express / high-value orders)

  • International Orders: DHL,SKYNET, FedEx, Royal Mail International, and other regional partners


All orders are dispatched with tracking, and full insurance is included on premium and bridal pieces.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of your courier

  • A direct link to track your parcel


Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. If you cannot see updates after this time, please contact us at info@woreshe.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Please note:

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost

  • Woreshe has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount

  • We recommend checking your local customs office for an estimate before placing an international order

  • If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund issued

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at info@woreshe.com

  • Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery will require an additional shipping fee.

8. FAILED DELIVERIES & MISSED PARCELS

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually:

  • Leave a delivery card with collection instructions

  • Reattempt delivery (depending on courier policy)

  • Hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point


If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional shipping cost. Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned due to non-collection.

9. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed:

  • UK: please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before reporting

  • International: please allow up to 21 working days from dispatch before reporting


If your parcel is lost:

  • Contact us at info@woreshe.com with your order number

  • We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf

  • Once confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund


If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the parcel and item within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us with the photos and your order number

  • We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you

10. RISK & OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, Woreshe will support you in every step of any courier investigation to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it enters production or has been dispatched. To request cancellation:

  • Email info@woreshe.com within 6 hours of placing your order

  • Once production has started on customised or bridal pieces, cancellation is not possible

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Returns Policy

12. DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we always aim to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to:

  • Courier strikes or operational disruptions

  • Customs clearance and inspection processes

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Public holidays or political events in the destination country

  • Peak shopping seasons such as Eid, Black Friday, or Christmas


In such cases, we cannot guarantee delivery within the standard timeframes but will keep you updated and do everything possible to minimise delays.

13. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your full order will usually be dispatched together once all pieces are ready. If you prefer to receive ready items first, please email us at info@woreshe.com after placing your order — additional shipping charges may apply.

14. PO BOXES & RESTRICTED LOCATIONS

We currently do not deliver to PO boxes for international orders. Some remote or restricted locations may also be unavailable for delivery. If your address falls within such a region, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
